The DC N Wireless Ac c ess Point (WAP) links the WirelessC entra l C ontrol Unit (WC C U) a nd the wireless
disc ussion units a nd is digita lly protec ted to ensure sec urity. The WAP is linked to the WC C U using Bosc h’s
proprieta ry optic a l network, whic h provides digita l optic a l c ommunic a tion a nd power over a single c a ble.
Sec ure wireless c ommunic a tion between the WAP a nd the disc ussion units is in the 2.4 G Hz ba nd whic h is
lic ense-free worldwide. The WAP c a n be mounted on a wa ll, c eiling or floor sta nd using the universa l
mounting bra c ket whic h is provided.
